Applewood Ridge Guest House Rules

By booking this listing, you agree to be bound by the terms of the House Rules listed here:

• No pets, including ESAs. Owners have severe allergies and use the home when not occupied by guests.
• Premises are not suitable for children under 12.
• No smoking/vaping on the premises. Smoking sensor in use. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
• No parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate/anti-social behavior.
• We request that shoes be removed inside the house when possible.
• Parking is permitted only on the gravel parking area (not on grass).
• We may leave consumables. If you have food allergies, please check ingredients carefully as host cannot be liable for allergies.
• Let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, damages and/or missing items will be billed to guest.
• Please do not rearrange furniture
• Please be respectful of our home and leave it in the same clean condition as when you arrived.
