Owners have severe allergies and use the home when not occupied by guests. • Premises are not suitable for children under 12. • No smoking/vaping on the premises. Smoking sensor in use. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. • No parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate/anti-social behaviour. Authorities and airbnb will be contacted for your removal. • No shoes inside the house • All guests/visitors must be listed on the initial booking. • Parking is permitted only on the gravel parking area (not on grass). • We may leave consumables. If you have food allergies, please check ingredients carefully as host can not be liable for allergies. • Let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, damages and/or missing items will be billed to guest. • Quiet hours 11pm-7am • Please do not rearrange our furniture. • Please be respectful of our home and propertly and leave it in the same clean condition as when you arrived.

Guests enjoy access to the first floor and second floor of the main dwelling, along with the front porch and large rear deck with pergola. Guests may also access the lawn/meadow. (The adjoining accessory unit is not accessible to guests.)
